Greg's career began in the building products industry with Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and later James Hardie Building Products, where he managed regional sales and distribution within the construction sector. This experience provided a foundational understanding of building systems, materials, and industry relationships.

In 2003, he founded Courtyard Construction, Inc., building multiple homes in the Coeur d'Alene area and actively participating in the North Idaho Building Contractors Association, where he served in a leadership role and was recognized as Company Member of the Year.

Following the 2008 to 2010 market downturn, Greg transitioned into real estate and has operated as a licensed broker in Idaho since 2011. This experience has provided deep insight into market dynamics, pricing strategy, and exit execution.

Having worked across both construction and real estate through multiple market cycles, Greg brings a disciplined and informed approach to residential development.
